When a rider is comfortable then they are efficient!Our philosophy whilst following key BikeFit practises is to 'fit' on feel instead of blindly following out dated myths like knee bend angles and knee over pedal. We Fit to You and not not a tick box supposed best fit formula.
What to Bring
All our fits take place on 'Your Bike' and you will be peddling for the majority off the fit. So you will need.* Bike
* Shoes
* Appropriate cycling kit
* Water bottle
Bike Measurement data
If required we can supply the measurements of your BikeFit for you to keep and use to set up additional bikesdo's and dont's!
im injured should I get a bike fit
Whilst a good fitting bike can help prevent cycling related injuries it is recommended to fully recover from any existing injury prior to the session as fitting to an injured body may not produce the best resultsshould I get a fit before an important event
There is an adaptation period following the fit process, the more the changes the longer this adaptation period will be. It's advisable that the initial 3 or 4 rides post fit are of a moderate length and intensity.We DO NOT recommend making any adjustment or using new equipment immediately prior to an important event
my fit doesn't feel right
We offer a free follow up fit so if you are not entirely satisfied or after riding the fit doesn't feel right then get in touch and we can take another lookPLEASE NOTE
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A DEPOSIT BEING PAID BEFORE BEING CONFIRMED.
Details on how to pay the deposit will be emailed once you make an appointment and all bookings will be automatically cancelled if deposit isn't paid within the allowed timeframe.
