As im not a conventional shop I do net sell products and carry very little stock. If your service or repair requires additional parts then these can be supplied at an additional cost but will naturally increase the time it takes to complete the repair. You are more than welcome to source and supply and parts you wished to be fitted.
 
 

UNLESS STATED THE PRICES SHOWN ARE A LABOUR ONLY CHARGE. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE NEEDED THEN THE COST OF THESE WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL BILL.

Prices shown are the costs if you bring your bike to us, if you require your bike to be collected or repair onsite then a travel charge of 50p per mile will be added to the final bill. Minimum call out charge is £5 (mileage is calculated for the full distance from theSHEDcc to location and the return journey)

Prices shown are a guide and although accurate for the vast majority of all jobs additional charges may occasionally need to be added (customer will be informed if this is the case and prior to the work commencing)

Bikes that are deemed too dirty work on will be charged a £20 cleaning fee

Due to an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations a 50% deposit is now required before any booking will be confirmed.

Prices shown unless otherwise stated are a labour charge only. If your bike needs replacement parts then these can be supplied at an additional cost - or you are welcome to source and supply any parts you need fitting.

NO PROBS AS WE CAN COME TO YOU!
Free pickup/drop offs are included in any of our 3 main services options for customers living within a NE3 postcode. All other locations and repair/bike fitting bookings are subject to 50p per mile charge (minimum £5 call out charge)

Storage Charges

As I work from my house storage space is extremely limited. I kindly request bikes are delivered at the time of the booking as im unable to store them prior to your appointment and all bikes are to be collected within 24hrs of the service/repair being completed. Bikes that aren't collected within the agreed timeframe will be subject to a 50p per day storage charge and we reserve the right to sell any bike that hasn't been collected within 4 weeks in order to re-coup any monies owed.

PLEASE NOTE

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A DEPOSIT BEING PAID BEFORE BEING CONFIRMED.
Details on how to pay the deposit will be emailed once you make an appointment and all bookings will be automatically cancelled if deposit isn't paid within the allowed timeframe.
