booking deposits

Due to an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations a 50% deposit is now required before any booking will be confirmed.

Free pickup/drop offs are included in any of our 3 main services options for customers living within a NE3 postcode. All other locations and repair/bike fitting bookings are subject to £1 per mile charge (minimum £5 call out charge)

Prices shown unless otherwise stated are a labour charge only. If your bike needs replacement parts then these can be supplied at an additional cost - or you are welcome to source and supply any parts you need fitting.

As I work alone im not always available to answer calls immediately. You can however text, email or contact via social media and I will endeavour to reply within 24hrs.

Or you can use the online booking calendar on the bookings page in order to book a service/repair at a time and date that's suitable to you.

Storage Charges

As I work from my house storage space is extremely limited. I kindly request bikes are delivered at the time of the booking as im unable to store them prior to your appointment and all bikes are to be collected within 24hrs of the service/repair being completed. Bikes that aren't collected within the agreed timeframe will be subject to a £2 per day storage charge and we reserve the right to sell any bike that hasn't been collected within 4 weeks in order to re-coup any monies owed.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A DEPOSIT BEING PAID BEFORE BEING CONFIRMED.
Details on how to pay the deposit will be emailed once you make an appointment and all bookings will be automatically cancelled if deposit isn't paid within the allowed timeframe.
