DELUXE Service
Designed for the regular/competative user, this deluxe service is ideally completed every 9 - 12 months.

Bike fully stripped and each individual component cleaned
frame and forks
Inspected for damage
Handlebars & Steering
Checked & Torqued + Headset adjustment
Headset service
Bearings removed, serviced or replaced and surfaces cleaned
drivetrain
Chain/Cassette/Chainset removed, checked for wear, cleaned or replaced*
bottom bracket service
Bearings removed, serviced or replaced and surfaces cleaned.
* Pushfit BB's will not be removed unless they are to be replaced - if bearings are accessible then outer seals will be removed, bearings cleaned and new grease applied
brakes
Levers and callipers torqued and checked for wear
brake service
Inner & Outer cables replaced or full Hydraulic Fluid change
gears
Checked, Torqued, Adjusted & checked for wear
gear service
Inner & Outer cables replaced.
wheels
Checked, Torqued, Adjusted & checked for wear
wheel sERVICE
Spoke tension checked/adjusted and wheels trued
hub sERVICE
Axle removed - if accessible bearings cleaned and greased
freehub sERVICE
Freehub removed - if accessible bearings cleaned and greased. Again if accessible pawls and springs removed and cleaned.
sERVICE report
An emailed service report indicating general health of bike and possible future work needed

booking deposits
Due to an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations a 50% deposit is now required before any booking will be confirmed.prices shown
Prices shown unless otherwise stated are a labour charge only. If your bike needs replacement parts then these can be supplied at an additional cost - or you are welcome to source and supply any parts you need fitting.Storage Charges
As I work from my house storage space is extremely limited. I kindly request bikes are delivered at the time of the booking as im unable to store them prior to your appointment and all bikes are to be collected within 24hrs of the service/repair being completed. Bikes that aren't collected within the agreed timeframe will be subject to a 50p per day storage charge and we reserve the right to sell any bike that hasn't been collected within 4 weeks in order to re-coup any monies owed.can't get to us?
NO PROBS AS WE CAN COME TO YOU!Free pickup/drop offs are included in any of our 3 main services options for customers living within a NE3 postcode. All other locations and repair/bike fitting bookings are subject to 50p per mile charge (minimum £5 call out charge)

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A DEPOSIT BEING PAID BEFORE BEING CONFIRMED.
Details on how to pay the deposit will be emailed once you make an appointment and all bookings will be automatically cancelled if deposit isn't paid within the allowed timeframe.
